Premade Templates

1. Are your themes only compatible with Blogger?
Yes. My themes are made specifically for the Blogger platform, which means they will not work on any other platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, etc).
2. I don't like how the theme looks on my blog. Can I get a refund?
No. Due to the digital nature of the files, there is no way to "return" the item and get a refund. If you have doubts before purchasing a template, contact me and we'll work something out.
3. I purchased the wrong theme. Can I exchange it?
No. Since there is no guarantee that you wont use the theme now or in the future, exchanges are not possible. Please always double-check that you are purchasing the correct item.
4. Can I get a discount if I purchase more than 1 theme?
It depends - if your order is over $50 USD, you can use the OVER50 coupon code to get a 10% discount.
5. Can I get a free theme in exchange for a blog post about your shop?
No. I do love seeing blogs that are using my themes, but if I wanted to give away free times, I would have offered them for free.
6. I saw the theme that I previously purchased has been updated. Do I have to pay to get the updated version?
Not at all! All you need to do is contact me with the receipt of your purchase and I will send you the updated version and, if you decide, help you set it up.
7. Can I remove the credits to your shop?
No. Removing the credit to my shop is only possible if you pay an additional $50 USD fee. If you wish to remove the credits to the premade template you've purchase, add this item to your order and contact me with the details (order receipts and your blog url).

Installation & Support

1. Can you install the theme for me?
Yes! Installation for all templates is free. After you place your order, contact me with your order ID and the name of the template you've purchased and I'll send you a list of the information I need. If you have any questions before/after, I will be happy to help!
2. If I have any questions after purchase, can I contact you?
Absolutely. If you encounter any problems or simply have a question about the template you've purchased, you can contact me any time and I will help in any way I can.
3. Can you make changes to the template for me?
Yes. Blog resizing is free. You can see the custom work I offer here. If the changes/additions are big, I will send you a test blog first.
4. I tried to edit the template and made a mistake! Can you help?
99.9% of the time, I don't mind helping. However, if the result of your mistake is a broken template, the best thing you can do is upload the xml file again. Even if you are not new to coding, always experiment and make changes to the template on a test blog first to avoid problems.
5. I have been editing the HTML of my posts from the post editor and they don't match the demo! Can you edit my posts for me?
No. I don't have the time to edit someone else's posts. Never edit significant parts of the post (fonts, colors, etc) via the post editor - if you don't know how to do it via CSS, you can contact me and I will provide assistance, however, you will have to fix your posts by yourself.
